Underage drinking. my friend in my car was drinking , i was not?

ok lets say one of my good friends, is at a party some where and he calls me and he is way to intoxicated to drive so i go and pick him up ... and when we are on the way back to his house we get pulled over by a trooper and ask to see my id and if i had been drinking then talks to my friend and his is like totally wasted, can i get introuble for my friend being drunk when i was the good friend who wasnt drinking and was some where totally diffrent can i get in trouble for getting him and we are both 20
