I got pulled over for having no decal and to many people in my car (provisional license driver)?

I was driving my car and i had 4 other kids in my car and i got pulled over by a cop. He came to my car and i gave him my license and registration ect. He gave me a long paper telling me that i have to go to court on a certain date (non payable offense). My question is what will happen now? Will i get a ticket? Will i get my license suspended? It wasn't like i had a choice. we were all hanging out at school grounds during night and the auxiliary police told us to gather everyone up in my car and leave and so i did. Shortly after that a "real" police followed me for a little bit and pulled me over. Now i'm just paranoid and frustrated. Can someone please explain to me whats going to happen?
