Sleeping/Eating Issues in 5 Month Old? Advice?

Get the book babywise...it's a life saver. My 6 month old is now taking two, 2.5 hour naps a day and sleeping through the night with an occasional wake for the pacifier. Also, at about 5 months, my daughter all of a sudden wanted to be swaddled again. Just a few ideas for you!
