Can both Kuwait Liberation ribbons be worn at the same time?

I was awarded the Kuwait Liberation medal from the Saudi government for Desert Storm. I got out of the service in '93. Now I'm back in the service. The Kuwait government awarded one also in '94. Will I be able to wear that one also? I read the requirements and meet them for the ribbons
