Formula in excel 2007?

in xl. cell A1 show the result example: A1 (STATUS), B1 (WARRANTY ST. DATE) C1 (WARRANTY END DATE) D1 (PAID CONT. END DATE) if the result A1 cell sholud be "UNDER WARRANTY" or "PAID" or "EXPIRED" . how can i enter the formula for it
