Ok so I have changed everything about myslef ?

Im in the army I've changed the way dress the only thing I haven't changed is my personalty and myslef so why can't I get girls my ex girlfriends they say the girl that gets me wins the lotto they said i was funny and sweat **** like that but I still can't get that intial attraction with a girl I see girls jus straight out staring at me and some of my girls friends say that there friends think I'm really hot but wen I go ask them out they turn me down please ahve good input ???
