I have a lovely pair of white trousers but while painting with silk paint last week?

I spattered some of the orange colour on them. Anyone know how to remove silk paint from cotton trousers? also, there is a stain on my wall over the fireplace, had an oil burner which spattered oil when it overheated...any idea how to get rid of this?
