How is my team? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am second to last in my league!?

Good question. I have similar problems, towards the bottom of my league because my big stars are underperforming. I like your team, it's pretty balanced. It's all relative to everyone else's teams, obviously, but I don't think there are any major problems. I'd ride it out a bit and see if people dont pick it up a little. Tex is heating up now, im trying to trade for him myself.
