Girl riding with Burton Cartel bindings?

I rode Cartels one day last year while I rented a Feelgood. While I was afraid they were going to be too big and they sure looked heavier than what I'm used to (I have womens Ride Dvas on my board), I didn't have any concerns while using the Cartels. Actually I had a great day of riding. I'm not saying it was because of the bindings though more than the board. I'm not a binding expert, but I noticed no difference between the bindings I usually use and the Cartels.
