Whats the name of this movie? I don't remember much but I kinda remember the ending and some bits?

Okay its about this prisoner and I think they need him to donate one of his organs for one dudes son. And I guess he escapes and they are trying to hunt him down and everything. Then like towards the end he falls of a bridge and wakes up in a hospital and there is an officer there watching him and he goes up on his bed and the officer reaches for his gun but the prisoner already has it and ask him whats the number on his license plate and it just end there. I think the main actor was Bruce Willis. So what movie is this.
