Suppose you give a test to students. After test, you discover one problem had a mistake. What do you do?

If it is a deep mistake, you have a responsibility to inform your students of it. What if one of them actually did notice and didn't speak up? Do you want him or her to think you are stupid/dishonest? Mistakes happen...I would just give everyone full credit for the question or just discount it.
