I get a sharp pain for a few seconds in my right side of my head every time i stand up or move my head?

I banged the top of my head on a ledge earlier this week when i leaned down to pick something up but I didn't really think anything of it. I've hit my head before on things. I got a bump, it went away then a few days later I got either a virus or the flu and ever since I have been getting these sharp pains that are most intense when im laying or sitting down and stand up or if i turn my head fast. They last for a few seconds on the right side. I thought maybe it was related to my sickness since thats when it started and my nasal pages were really congested. But now i am almost better and the pains haven't gone away. I am really worried. I read somewhere a woman had pains similar and found out it was an aneurism. does anyone know what could be wrong with me
