Husband is at wits end with new kitten, what can we do?

To me your kitten is acting like a normal kitten should,he is exploring and getting to know his environment.He does need to know discipline to be a well rounded cat,just take him off whatever he is on and in a firm voice say NO, and then ignore him for about 5 minutes.Any longer than that and he will have no idea what he has done wrong.Your husband needs to grow up,he is acting very immature for a grown man, and it shows he has no patience.Can you imagine having a baby to this man,as infants they cry, i mean they cry for no reason some times[well it seems that way]when they start toddling they get into everything I mean EVERYTHING how would your husband cope with that?If your man can't deal with a kitten, please don't have a baby with him.
