Do ankles tattoos loose their shape when you grow or put on weight?

I'm a fifteen year old girl, in grade nine looking to get my first tattoo. I want to get a blackbird that's flying on the outside of my ankle, because it's really symbolic to me. The only problem is since I'm only 15 I'm not quite done growing yet, and i have under an inch left of growing to do. I'm also under 100 pounds so I'm just wondering if i gain any weight in the future or grow anymore would a tattoo on my ankle be affected by said growth? Thanks for the help :)
