Are derby skates okay to use out side?

You really do not want to use your derby skates outside if at all possible. Also, once you do, many locations will not let you use those skates indoors if you have previously used them outside. If you do not have any indoor location to practice, look at getting some wheels that have a hardness range from 78A to 85A to use outside.
