90 Plymouth Voyager Van Troubleshooting Help?

Yesterday the van (3.3 lter 6-cylinder) started hesitating, sputtering, and the windshiel wiper goes on by itself. Today when I start it it won't stay running and the wipers are running despite not being turned on. Suggestions please.
