11dpo? Don't know if i'm PREGNANT or if it's PMS?

We both have similar symptoms. I am 10 dpo and I have been having symptoms off and on for the past week or so. It started with sensitive and , random metallic tastes in my mouth, and back pain. Then around 8 dpo, they stopped. Last night (9dpo), I went out to dinner with my girl friends, and could not stand the smell of Thai food ( and I love Thai ). And when I woke up this morning, I felt a little nauseous, I didn't vomit, but I have been creating a lot of saliva today. I already had a doctors appointment and they performed a urinalysis, which resulted in a BFN, but I don't believe it. I feel different, so I am going to wait about a week before I test. Its just so frustrating that PMS and pregnancy symptoms are so similar. Good Luck :-)
